1. Your 7ft barbell purchase is guaranteed.
- Your steel barbells have a 100% “lifetime warranty” from load stress permanent elastic plasticity. All returns from bent bars need to be fully examined by our engineers. We may not allow a refund if we declare through evidence that the barbell steel was abused. Our steel is processed to be very difficult to compromise our Yield capacity [Young’s Modulus] during strength training loads. Fill out this application for starting a return on a barbell that has been permanently bowed. You will need to fill out the application with at least 10 photos.
- Your MEDIA 360 shielding technology has a 3 year limited guarantee. Replacements are sold separately.
- Your bushings have a lifetime warranty and are replaceable by you via the retaining ring assembly. Some of our products have bushings pressed in and they do not apply to this guarantee list
- all parts that assemble into or on your barbell or 100% lifetime guaranteed
2. UNOPENED BOX RETURNS Any product
yes we accept these returns with a 5% re- stocking fee and all return shipping is financed by you. You have a 30 days window to execute this policy or it will not be eligible for a return. Fill out this form to start an Unopened return to us before you proceed.
3. All our products sleeve kits , boss kits, endcap technologies are 100% LIFETIME GUARANTEED TO FIT AND ASSEMBLE onto your existing barbell flange /boss.
UNOPENED RETURNS PROCESS
After you download and return the required data -forms I will expedite your RMA [return merchandise] document for you to print and place on product so it can be successfully returned to us. Your refund will return back to the original funding source please allow 3-8 days for business processing.
Damaged products “after use” application is a longer process it is not as fast as return unopened box and time will vary with a 3week minimum
