We have written a detailed step-by-step directive to guide you in starting the process of purchasing our 2024 Media Kit.
First, you must have a vernier caliper measuring tool to begin the process.
Now, we need three measurements from you. As we get them, we can give you all the parts needed to make the fitment the way it needs to be.
- Using your vernier caliper, measure across your flange to get an exact value of the thickness. refer to photo #1 and enter the value in the given box. Max 1.34″/34mm
- Using your vernier caliper, measure the diameter of your flange. Refer to photo #2. Place the value in the box given Max 3.25″/83mm
- Using your vernier caliper, measure the tube [sleeve] that your weight disc is loaded on. Refer to photo #3. Place the value in the box given. Attention: 50mm is the target diameter needed; fill in value as you measure it.
You have just successfully given us what we need so we can custom make your parts that you will need to assemble the 2024 MEDIA KIT on your existing barbell. Of course it goes without saying if you have any questions or concerns, we are here for you around the clock. We will support you with live help and all methods of 2024 communication to get you fully set up.
The kit system is very much available to be disassembled and placed on any of your existing barbells, no matter what design, as long as it has a flange. The new internal parts can be ordered in our shop parts menu per your new 3 measurements added to complete purchase.The framing is constructed of rubber and steel; it assembles to itself with 2 steel pins. The pins are designed as compression fit into the smooth bore. The center of the pin is tapped for using a .125″ stud to get the pins out of location with pliers for disassembly.
Our rubber is pre-molded to cover a wide variety of flange dimensions already in the field. Once we get your dimensions, we will send you the kit with the parts needed to place the Media Kit on your barbell, along with a print and link of assembly instructions.
Our 2024 MEDIA KIT comes with 4 assets of your choosing to cover the 4 faces of the kit. You are welcome to order additional inner and outer graphics for your new MEDIA KIT purchase. The outer assets are located on the kit where the disc is loaded on the sleeve. Simply scroll and point on our collection of MEDIA assets and order in the drop-down menu. We highly recommend you understand the design, engineering and any policy of your branded product for any disassembly so you can manipulate it back on the rod without any headaches.
